Instructions
Step 1: Whip the Cream

Step 2: Make the Ricotta Base
- In another bowl, whisk together:

- Vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Blend until smooth. For an ultra-smooth texture, pulse in a food processor or use an immersion blender.
Step 3: Combine

Step 4: Chill
- Spoon the mixture into dessert cups or bowls.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours.
Step 5: Serve
- Just before serving, top with your choice of berries, crushed cookies, nuts, extra citrus zest, or a drizzle of honey.
- Optional: garnish with fresh mint.
Serving Ideas
- Layer in glasses like a parfait with crushed cookies and berries.
- Spoon over grilled peaches or roasted figs.
- Serve alongside thin lemon shortbread for a sophisticated touch.
